The Sobrasada is a special Spanish raw cured sausage, with a characteristic reddish-orange colour, that is the result of mixing ground lean pork and pork fat with paprika, salt and spices. The Sobrasada looks like a sausage, because the mixture is stuffed in natural casings, but actually, the texture is more like a soft pâté. When eaten on its own, it is usually spread on a toast with a slice of Manchego cheese. 

Take it out from the refrigerator and thaw for 2-3 minutes. Remove from packaging and spread on toasted bread or use in pasta. No need to cook or reheat.

Store in the refrigerator at a temperature between 32F and 40F, ideally at about 35F.

Orders made before the 2PM cut-off will be shipped the same day. Orders made after the 2PM cut-off will be shipped the next day.
